Joint Venture.

 

As a Joint Venture partner, you contribute your land to the project as part of your contribution to the development process, whilst we leverage our skills and networks to manage the entire development project.

You will have the option to retain some of the end product from the development should you choose. A profit share agreement is created so you receive your profit entitlement from the development project at settlement.

Investment Partnership.

Under a slightly different model, as an Investment partner, you will contribute funds to the development project as part of your contribution to the development process, whilst we leverage our skills, experience and networks to manage the entire development process.

An investment partnership agreement is created so you receive your profit entitlement from the development project at settlement. Where an investor wishes to purchase some of the end product, this can be catered for in the investment partnership agreement.

Development Partnership.

Under this model, we enter in to a development agreement where we leverage our skills and networks to manage the entire development project for an agreed fee whilst you retain the land through the development process.

You will have the option to retain all or sell some of the product from the development, the choice will be yours. This partnership model typically has a bonus structure built in that if we exceed certain targets, Spectre Property is eligible for bonus payments.

Sell to Spectre.

The last way of working with us allows you to sell your land to Spectre Property that we will later develop on.

We offer a premium price for your property in exchange for terms that are favorable to all parties including a longer settlement period and the ability to lodge a planning application early.
