Over the last 15 years, Jason Grasso has been involved in developing property throughout Melbourne, his company Spectre evolving as a result of the demand for his experience, networks and swift, profitable execution of property developments. He has been involved in transacting in excess of $335 million worth of commercial, industrial and residential property and continues to strive for excellence in every engagement he is a part of.
Jason’s management style is clear and communicative with a sensitivity towards his clients that truly sets him apart from his industry peers. His aim is to streamline the property acquisition, investment and development space, offering as much or as little as his clients need to produce the most viable outcome. He eliminates the unknown through a transparent process and offers expert guidance every step of the way, not only by recommending but explaining his rationale to alleviate any uncertainties.
